The Just BIM It team, led by Asmae Ben Bahida, recently took part in an economic mission to Morocco, marking a significant milestone for the company specialising in digital transition and BIM. The initiative was orchestrated as part of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the agreement between the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra and Brussels-Capital regions, organised by hub.brussels.

The main objective of this mission was to promote exchanges between Belgium and Morocco while highlighting the expertise of Just BIM It in the field of sustainable construction, especially through the Embuild.Brussels project.

At a forum dedicated to sustainable construction and energy efficiency in Rabat, Asmae Ben Bahida shared Just BIM It’s skills and innovative solutions, highlighting Morocco’s potential for sustainable development.

One of the highlights of the mission was a visit to the Mohammed VI Tower worksite, built by the renowned Belgian company BESIX.

Pascal Smet, a member of the delegation, also spoke, sharing his innovative vision of urban development in Brussels, building bridges between the two regions.

The Mission continues this time in Casablanca, a vibrant and economically dynamic city. Our professional journey took us to explore the Casa Anfa project, driven forward with determination by the Agence d’Urbanisation et de Développement d’Anfa (AUDA). Discovering Casa Anfa was a fascinating immersion in the urban planning and development ambitions that are shaping the future of Casablanca.

Our professional itinerary then took us to the offices of Casa Aménagement, a key player in the development of Morocco’s economic capital. During this meeting, the Casa Aménagement team told us about the future projects that will shape the face of Casablanca in the years to come.

Just BIM It’s active participation in this economic mission to Morocco underlines its commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of the country’s construction sector, reinforcing its position as a leader in digital transition and BIM in Morocco.
